Welcome to our little feathered paradise, where the birds are spoiled, the compost is fluffy, and the eggs are absolutely extraordinary. We’re a small, joyful mini-farm of 26 charming characters—an assorted flock of bantams, big hens, and a few opinionated call ducks—who live life on their own terms (which mostly means: with treats, toys, and spa-level living conditions). Our birds enjoy a spacious pen filled with leaf piles, compost mounds, and curiosity corners, including musical instruments they occasionally peck out their own symphonies on. They sunbathe, dig, nap, forage, and snack on the best organic grains, kitchen scraps, and the occasional fresh herb or homegrown tomato. Each egg is a reflection of the love, attention, and luxury lifestyle our birds experience daily. That’s why chefs and bakers keep telling us: these eggs are something special. With vibrant yolks, rich flavor, and happy-hen energy, they’re a cut above your typical dozen. Thanks for supporting our feathered family!

Yard Egg CareThese are non-graded eggs. Essentially this means we have eggs of all sizes, with limited consistency. (mini farm problems)In order to keep a longer shelf life, we keep the protective bloom on the eggs. (Its invisible but you can feel it erase when you wash the eggs). Unwashed eggs can last a month un-refridgerated. Check the date on your box.SAFE HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS: To prevent illness from bacteria: keep eggs refrigerated, wash eggs before use, cook eggs until yolks are firm, and cook foods containing eggs thoroughly.

Sucessful Pre-OrderThe Farm Manager will reach out to you, about picking up your eggs.
Happy Baking (or whatever you use them for)
